(A) Any person found responsible for a violation of §§ 96.001 or 96.010 of this chapter shall be responsible for a municipal civil infraction pursuant to § 32.03 of this code. The fine for a first violation of §§ 96.001 or 96.010 shall be $500, and the fine for each repeat offense shall be $1,000.
(B) Unless otherwise specified in division (A) of this section, any person found responsible for a violation of any of the provisions of this subchapter shall be punished as provided by § 32.03.
