§ 96.010 PERMIT APPLICATION.

Application for permit shall be made to the Village Clerk on a form to be provided by the village, which form shall contain an acknowledgment of the receipt of a copy of this chapter, and it shall be unlawful to construct such culvert without the permit provided for herein.
