The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
COMMERCIAL OR PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION: Instruction performed in whole or in part for salability or profit or for any form of consideration, such as time or money.
DIRECTOR: The director of community services or his or her designee.
PUBLIC RECREATIONAL PROPERTY: All city parks as designated in section 8-1-101 of this chapter, and city owned or parking authority owned facilities. (Ord. 17-O-2722, eff. 2-10-2017)
