The following areas within the city are hereby designated as public parks for the recreational use of the public:
Arnaz Minipark, on Arnaz Drive, north of Wilshire Boulevard and south of Clifton Way;
Beverly Gardens Park, extending from the westerly city limits along the northerly side of Wilshire Boulevard to the intersection of Santa Monica Boulevard, thence along the northerly side of Santa Monica Boulevard, including the three (3) blocks between Rodeo Drive, Crescent Drive, Park Way, and Santa Monica Boulevard, and extending to the easterly city limits;
Coldwater Canyon Park, which includes the area north and south of Coldwater Canyon Drive at the intersection of North Beverly Drive;
Crescent Minipark, on Crescent Drive, north of Wilshire Boulevard and south of Clifton Way;
Greystone Park, north of Doheny Road and west of Loma Vista Drive, and with the main entrance from Loma Vista Drive;
Hamel Minipark, on Hamel Drive, south of Charleville Boulevard and north of Gregory Way;
La Cienega Park, between Le Doux Road, Olympic Boulevard, Schumacker Drive, and Gregory Way;
Maltz Minipark, on Whittier Drive, south of Sunset Boulevard and north of Lomitas Avenue;
Oakhurst Minipark, on Oakhurst Drive, south of Wilshire Boulevard and north of Charleville Boulevard;
Reeves Minipark, on Reeves Drive, south of Wilshire Boulevard and north of Charleville Boulevard;
Rexford Minipark, on Rexford Drive, south of Burton Way and north of Dayton Way;
Roxbury Memorial Park, on Olympic Boulevard between the westerly city limits and Roxbury Drive;
