7-4-307: HEARING REQUIRED FOR SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF PERMIT OR IMPOSITION OF SANCTIONS:
The process for suspending, revoking or imposing sanctions on a public transportation vehicle operator's permit shall substantially follow the provisions of sections 7-4-207, 7-4-208, 7-4-209 and 7-4-211 of this chapter. (Ord. 15-O-2671, eff. 2-6-2015)
