7-3-508: REQUESTS TO REMOVE SPEED HUMP(S):
   A.   A resident may make a request to remove a speed hump(s) by filing an application therefor with the traffic and parking commission.
   B.   An application to request traffic and parking commission approval of the removal of a speed hump(s) shall only be considered if such hump(s) have been installed for at least two (2) years, except as otherwise provided in subsection C of this section.
   C.   Under special circumstances, including, but not limited to, significant noise and safety problems, the traffic and parking commission may approve removal of speed humps.
   D.   Any decision of the traffic and parking commission made under this section shall be appealable to and reviewable by the city council pursuant to title 1, chapter 4 of this code. (Ord. 93-O-2163, eff. 2-26-1993)
