7-3-414: DEPOSIT OF COINS IN METERS FOR PROFIT PROHIBITED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, or cause to be deposited, a coin in any parking meter, or to request, solicit, or receive any fee, donation, or remuneration therefor. (1962 Code § 3-4.110.1)
