7-3-410: PARKING TIME; EXCEPTIONS:
A vehicle may be parked and remain parked in a parking meter space without the deposit of any coin in the parking meter adjacent thereto during hours other than those designated by ordinance of the council as hours during which such deposits are required. (1962 Code § 3-4.107; amd. Ord. 88-O-2023, eff. 6-2-1988)
