7-3-310: APPEAL TO THE TRAFFIC AND PARKING COMMISSION:
Any decision of the director of transportation in granting, denying, or revoking a permit under this article may be appealed to the traffic and parking commission. The appeal shall be in writing, and shall be filed with the commission within fourteen (14) days of the decision. (1962 Code § 3-6.2317)
