7-3-308: PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON OVERNIGHT PARKING PERMITS:
   A.   No vehicle shall be parked or stopped between the hours of two thirty o'clock (2:30) A.M. to five o'clock (5:00) A.M. unless such vehicle shall have prominently displayed either hanging from the rear view mirror of the vehicle or affixed to the left side of the rear bumper of the vehicle an overnight parking permit issued under this article.
   B.   It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, rent, or lease, or cause to be sold, rented, or leased, for any value or consideration any overnight parking permit. Upon violation of this subsection, all overnight permits issued to, or for the benefit of, the dwelling unit for which the sold, rented, or leased permit was authorized shall be void.
   C.   It shall be unlawful for any person to buy or otherwise acquire for value or use any overnight parking permit, except as provided for in this article. (1962 Code § 3-6.2315; amd. Ord. 96-O-2262, eff. 7-19-1996)
