7-3-307: TERM OF PERMIT FOR REGISTERED NURSE:
Permits issued under this article to a registered nurse shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days. Upon expiration of a permit, a new permit application may be filed as provided in this article for issuance of a subsequent permit. (1988 Code)
