An application for a permit authorizing overnight parking may be filed by a registered nurse performing nursing services at night, subject to the following requirements and restrictions:
A. Payment of the overnight parking fee established by council resolution.
B. Filing of an application on the form designated by the director of transportation.
C. The application shall be accompanied by a written statement from a licensed physician that the patient which the nurse is attending during the night is seriously ill and requires twenty four (24) hour per day nursing care.
D. Compliance with any rules or regulations governing overnight parking permits as issued by the director of transportation. (Ord. 96-O-2262, eff. 7-19-1996)
