An application for overnight parking may be filed with the city by an occupant of a multi-family residential dwelling unit subject to the following requirements:
A. Payment of the overnight parking fee established by council resolution.
B. Completion of an application on the form designated by the director of transportation.
C. Compliance with such rules and regulations governing overnight parking permits as issued by the director of transportation (1962 Code §§ 3-6.2304, 3-6.2305, 3-6.2306, 3-6.2309, amd. Ord. 96-O-2262, eff. 7-19-1996)
