7-3-116: REQUIREMENT OF PAYING POSTED RATE IN MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITIES:

No vehicle shall be parked in a municipal parking facility and thereafter removed from the facility without paying the parking attendant the posted parking facility rate at the time the vehicle is removed. (Ord. 98-O-2312, eff. 10-23-1998)
