In addition to the grounds for removal specified in the California Vehicle Code, and pursuant to California Vehicle Code section 22651(n), vehicles parked in a space lawfully used by an automobile parking service pursuant to a valid valet parking permit issued pursuant to title 4, chapter 2, article 15 of this code during any time when such automobile parking service is authorized to operate valet parking operations, shall be subject to removal by the city or its authorized agent.
