7-2-302: WAITING PROHIBITED AT PARKING FACILITY ENTRANCE:

When a parking facility displays signs required by section 4-4-203 of this Code stating "Lot Full" or "Entrance Closed", it shall be unlawful for any person to stop a vehicle on public property in front of the facility for purposes of ingressing to such parking facility. (1962 Code § 3-6.1017)
