4-4-203: SIGNS REQUIRED WHEN LOT FULL OR ENTRANCE BLOCKED:
   A.   Whenever a vehicle parking facility is filled to capacity, or where any entrance from any public street or alley to such facility is occupied or otherwise obstructed in a manner which prevents an automobile from entering completely upon the premises of such facility, there shall be placed at such entrance a sign complying with the following requirements:
      1.   The sign shall not be less than three and one-half (3.5) square feet in size, and
      2.   In clearly visible letters, not less than six inches (6") in height and one inch (1") in stroke, shall state either "Lot Full" or "Entrance Closed"; and in clearly visible letters, not less than three inches (3") in height and three-eighths inch (3/8") in stroke, shall state either "Waiting Prohibited by Law" or "Blocking of Entrance Prohibited by Law".
   B.   The permittee and each attendant at such facility shall have the duty and responsibility to comply with the provisions of subsection A of this section. (1962 Code § 3-6.1017)
