7-1-10: APPLICATION OF TRAFFIC REGULATIONS:
The operator of any vehicle, including any vehicle owned by or used in the service of the United States government, the state, and any county or city shall be subject to the traffic regulations of this title, unless specifically exempted by the state Vehicle Code or other governing law. (1962 Code § 3-6.306; amd. Ord. 97-O-2279, eff. 5-9-1997)
