Failure to comply with the requirements of sections 4-7-206 and 4-7-207 of this article shall be grounds for suspension, revocation or nonrenewal of an adult entertainment regulatory permit. Furthermore, notwithstanding any other provision of this code, violation of these sections shall not constitute grounds for criminal prosecution. (Ord. 98-O-2302, eff. 7-2-1998; amd.
