3-1-1214: SUSPENSION OR REDUCTION:
Nothing in this article requires the City Council to collect a tax. The City Council may suspend or reduce tax rates imposed by this article by resolution after public meeting at which public testimony may be taken. (Ord. 20-O-2821RP, eff. 1-22-2021)
