3-1-1209: PERMIT NOT REQUIRED:
If a seller's permit has been issued to a retailer under section 6067 of the State Revenue and Taxation Code, an additional transactor's permit is not required by this article. (Ord. 20-O-2821RP, eff. 1-22-2021)
