3-1-603: DEFINITION:
"Condominium conversion" shall mean the conversion of any existing building into units for sale, lease, or financing, whether immediate or future, as a condominium project as defined in section 1350 of the Civil Code of the state, or as a stock cooperative as defined in sections 11003.2 and 11004.5(d) of the Business and Professions Code of the state, or as a community apartment project as defined in sections 11004 and 11004(b) of the Business and Professions Code of the state.
