Except as otherwise provided in this section, loading facilities for adaptive reuse developments in the C-3 (AR) zone shall be provided in accordance with sections 10-3-2740 through 10-3-2744 inclusive of this chapter unless otherwise approved by the reviewing authority as part of a planned development approval pursuant to article 18.4 of this chapter.
