6-1-136: PARKING ON PUBLIC WAYS:
   A.   Prohibition: No person shall park a motor vehicle, trailer or semitrailer on the portion of the street between the abutting property line and the curb or, where no curb exists, the edge of the pavement, except on a driveway/approach constructed pursuant to the provisions of section 7-2-4 of this code. For purposes of this section, "the pavement" shall mean the improved portion of a street which is open to the use of the public for purposes of vehicular traffic or for parking.
   B.   Exception: Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection A of this section, parking shall be allowed within said areas on the following public streets:
Valley Drive, on both sides, from a point 900 feet east of Criswell Street to the east city limits.
