13-1-16: PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS:
Violations of the provisions of this chapter or failure to comply with any of its requirements shall constitute a misdemeanor. Any person who violates this chapter or fails to comply with any of its requirements shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this code. Nothing herein contained shall prevent Bettendorf or a citizen from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation. (2008 Code app. C art. VI; amd. 2015 Code; amd.
