§ 72.54 CONDITIONS OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Every person, firm or corporation performing the construction work shall give warning thereof to the traveling public. Where the same is in an unsafe condition for travel, the warning shall disclose the condition. Lighted barricades shall be placed about the construction area.
   (B)   Issuance of the permit shall not allow or authorize the following acts, and it shall be unlawful and an offense for any person, firm or corporation to do any of the same:
      (1)   To commence or carry on any work after the same has been ordered stopped by the City Engineer;
      (2)   To commence or carry on any work in an authorized manner; or
      (3)   To fail or neglect to give warnings or place barricades as required.
