§ 72.17 LIGHTS ON PARKED VEHICLES; REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   A vehicle parked upon a street or highway outside of a business or residential district during the hours between one-half hour after sunset and one-half hour before sunrise shall be equipped with one or more lamps which shall exhibit a white light on the roadway side visible from a distance of 500 feet to the front of the vehicle and a red light visible from a distance of 500 feet to the rear.
   (B)   Any lighted headlamps upon a parked vehicle shall be depressed or dimmed.
