§ 72.03 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.

   No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway or upon any public property, including public streets, easements, or rights-of-way, for the purpose of:

   (A)   Displaying a vehicle for sale; or

   (B)   Washing, cleaning or repairing the vehicle, except for repairs necessitated by an emergency.
