(A) Except when directed to proceed by a police officer or a traffic-control signal, every driver of a vehicle shall stop as required at the entrance to a through highway and shall yield the right-of-way to other vehicles which have entered the intersection from the through highway, or which are approaching so closely on the through highway or which are approaching so closely on the through highway as to constitute an immediate hazard.
(B) (1) If two or more vehicles face stop, slow, warning or caution signs or signals at an intersection at the same time, the following rules shall apply:
(a) If each vehicle is required to stop, the vehicle coming from the right shall have the right-of-way;
(b) If each vehicle is required to slow, the vehicle coming from the right shall have the right-of-way; or
(c) If each vehicle is required to take caution, the vehicle coming from the right shall have the right-of-way.
(2) In any event, a vehicle which has already entered the intersection shall have the right-of-way over one which has not entered the intersection.
