§ 71.001 APPROACHING OR ENTERING AN INTERSECTION.
   (A)   When two vehicles enter or approach an uncontrolled intersection from different highways at approximately the same time, the driver of the vehicle on the left shall yield the right-of-way to the vehicle on the right.
   (B)   The right-of-way rule declared in division (A) above is modified at through highways, as otherwise stated in this chapter.
