§ 70.041 ELUDING POLICE OFFICER PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person operating a motor vehicle who has received a visual or audible signal directing the operator to bring his or her vehicle to a stop shall wilfully increase his or her speed or extinguish his or her lights, or in any other manner attempt to or actually elude the police officer.
   (B)   A visual or audible signal for the purpose of this section shall be a red light, siren or whistle in the case of a clearly marked designated police car, police motorcycle or police bicycle driven by a police officer.
