§ 132.040 POSSESSION/CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY A MINOR.

No person under 21 years of age shall, in any public or private place possess, consume or have control over any alcoholic beverage. Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of no more than $50.
