(A) Generally. See § 202.99 for general code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.
(B) Sale of alcohol to and possession by minors.
(1) Whoever violates § 804.27(B) may be subject to an ordinance violation ticket allowing the minor to settle the violation by paying to the city a fine of $50, not more than ten days after the time the violation was committed.
(2) If the minor to whom the citation was issued fails to pay the fine within ten days, the amount to settle shall be $100. If the minor to whom the citation was issued fails to settle and pay the amount owed, the city shall institute proceedings against the violator. If a fine is imposed by the court, that fine shall not be less than the amount set forth above as the settlement amount, but not more than $500.
