(A) Generally. See § 202.99 for general code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.
(B) Criminal damaging. Whoever violates § 662.07 shall be fined not less than $200 nor more than $1,000.
(C) Abandoning refrigerators. Whoever violates § 662.08 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(D) Use and/or possession of spray paint and/or markers by minors. Whoever violates § 662.075 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
