No person shall knowingly damage or attempt to damage any property, public or private, of another without the other person’s consent. No person shall knowingly damage or attempt to damage the property of another, public or private, without the other person’s consent, by defacing, deforming or otherwise damaging the property by the use of paint, spray cans, felt-tip pens or other similar substances or devices.
