No person, while acting as a customer, guest, server, waiter, waitress, entertainer or employee, in an establishment which serves either food alone, beverages alone, or food and beverages, permits the bringing in of food or beverages, or food and beverages (“beverages” as used herein shall include, but shall not be limited to, alcoholic beverages) for consumption on the premises of the establishment:
(a) Shall expose his or her genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, perineum, anal region, or pubic hair region; or
(b) Shall expose any device, costume or covering which gives the appearance of or simulates the genitals, pubic hair, buttocks, perineum, anal region or pubic hair region; or
(c) Shall expose any portion of the female breast at or below the areola thereof.
