Any person who fails to comply with any requirements of this chapter or any order issued pursuant thereto, shall be subject to the penalties set forth in this chapter and any other administrative and/or legal action which may be deemed appropriate by the Board of Health. Specifically, any person who violates or shall cause to be violated any of the provisions and/or requirements set forth in this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A second offense shall constitute a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each and every day that a violation of any provision of this chapter shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
