A permit to operate a tattoo operation or dermagraphic art studio may be denied, suspended or revoked by the City and/or the Cuyahoga County Board of Health upon failure of the applicant to meet or maintain the requirements of this chapter or by violation by the holder of any of the terms of this chapter. The applicant or permittee, as the case may be, may appeal any denial, suspension or revocation of the permit by submitting notice of such request for appeal to the Secretary of the Municipal Planning Commission within fourteen days of receipt of notice of such denial, suspension or revocation. The Planning Commission shall hear such appeal in accordance with the procedures afforded by these Codified Ordinances in matters of appeal to said Commission.
