In addition to the notification requirements set forth in Section 573.03, all users of pesticides shall post a notice of a size not smaller than twenty-four square inches nor larger than 144 square inches, and visible from the sidewalk in front of the property where the application has taken place, announcing the fact that pecticides have been applied to the property and setting forth the date of the application.
