130.01 DEPARTMENT ESTABLISHED.
   Pursuant to Section V of the Charter of the City of Berea, there is hereby established a Department of Recreation and Community Services. The functions and duties of the Division of Recreation established by Item 1-g of Section VI of the Charter shall be performed by such Department.
