Pursuant to the authority granted by Section IV, Item 5, of the City Charter, public notice of all ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports required by law, by the Charter or by ordinance to be published shall, unless otherwise required by the Charter, State law or ordinance of Council, be posted in City Hall.
