919.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
 
   (b)   The use or storage of PCB or individual PCB devices shall constitute a separate offense for each location at which the PCB or PCB device or devices are used or stored.
