5-2-16: OWNER'S LIABILITY FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS:
Whenever any vehicle shall have been stopped, standing or parked in violation of any of the provisions of this code, the person in whose name such vehicle is registered shall be subject to the penalty for such violation 1 . (1976 Code § 41.25)
