Any person convicted of a violation of any of the following violations of this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine in the following indicated amounts, and the costs of prosecution:

Parking alongside or opposite any street excavation or obstruction when such parking would be obstructing traffic | 40.00 |
Parking on the roadway side of any vehicle parked at the edge or curb of a street | 40.00 |
Parking upon a bridge or other elevated structure upon a highway or within a highway tunnel | 40.00 |
At any time or place where official signs prohibit parking | 40.00 |
Parking on streets during snow removal operations | 40.00 |
