The Safety-Service Director shall make a written account to the County Auditor of his actions under Sections 557.01 through 557.05 and a proper description of the premises involved. Such amounts, when allowed, shall be entered upon the tax duplicate of the owner and be a lien upon the lots or land from and after the entry and be collected as other taxes and returned to the General Fund of the City.
