(a) There is hereby adopted by the City of Belpre, the 2011 Ohio Fire Code (OFC) as adopted by the Ohio Division of the State Fire Marshal, Department of Commerce, effective November 1, 2011, and as published in Division 1301:7 of the Ohio Administrative Code. (OAC).
(b) If this amendment is adopted, and the Ohio Fire Code (OFC) shall be changed or readopted by the Ohio Division of State Fire Marshal, Department of Commerce, then the most current Ohio Fire Code shall be adopted by the City of Belpre without further amendment to this section.
