EDITOR'S NOTE: Pursuant to Ordinance 15(92-93), passed July 13, 1992, the City terminated the agreement where Washington County would enforce the Ohio Basic Building Code. Enforcement of the Code was returned to the State Board of Building Standards. There are no sections in Chapter 1349. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and future legislation.
