Under the provisions of Ohio R.C. 731.231 there is hereby adopted by the City, and incorporated as if fully set out herein, for the purpose of prescribing requirements governing the inspection, design, construction, installation, alteration, repair, addition or replacement to drainage, plumbing and water-supply systems within all buildings within the Municipality, that certain Code known as the Ohio Plumbing Code (Chapter 4101:2-51 of the Ohio Basic Building Code), and any amendments thereto existing as of the date of adoption of these Codified Ordinances, which is a Code prepared and promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
