EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 4(76-77), passed on March 17, 1976, granted a franchise to Durfee's Television Cable Company for thirty years to operate and maintain a television cable system within the City. The ordinance sets forth the regulations, provisions and restrictions which govern the franchise and is on file at the Municipal Building.
