§ 157.99 PENALTY

In addition to the provisions for bond forfeiture as provided in § 157.18, any person or entity found to have conducted demolition or removal operations within the village not in conformity with §§ 157.15 et seq. shall be subject to a fine of not to exceed $750 for each day the demolition or removal operations fail to conform with §§ 157.15 et seq.
